Your name on a board, the moment you clear customs.
Book your transfer before you fly and there is nothing to arrange when you land. Your driver is waiting at the customs exit holding a board with your name, and Zeli follows your flight number — so if you land late, your pickup lands late too.
How the pickup works

Book before you fly
Give us your flight number and where you are staying. Payment is by card at booking, so there is nothing to settle when you land — and nothing to arrange while you are standing in a terminal with no local data.

We watch the flight, not the clock
Zeli follows your flight number. If you land two hours late, your pickup moves two hours late with it, on its own. You do not need to message anyone from the plane.
- 03
Your driver is at the customs exit
Walk out of customs and they are standing right there, holding a board with your name on it. There is no kerb to find, no car to spot, and nobody to negotiate with.
- 04
Straight to your hotel
They take your bags and drive you to the address you gave. The fare was agreed before you flew, so the trip ends with you getting out of the car.
Luggage and dive gear
Bonaire is a diving island and dive bags are heavy. Tell us how many of you there are and how many cases when you book: more than four passengers, or more than three suitcases, and Zeli sends a ten-seat van instead of a car. Better decided before you fly than discovered at the kerb.
Flying out
For a departure, schedule the ride in advance rather than booking on the morning. Early flights leave before the island is properly awake, and a scheduled ride means a driver has already agreed to be there.
Paying
Card in the app or cash to the driver, in US dollars. If you have just landed and have no local cash yet, card is the simpler of the two and costs $0.50 less.
No local data yet
The terminal has wifi, which is enough to book. Once your ride is accepted, the driver’s details and the walking route are already on your screen — you do not need a connection to walk to the meeting point.
