In-app support

Signed-in customers can open Account, then Contact Support, to reach the Zeli team directly using the in-app contact form.

Privacy and data requests

For access, correction, or deletion requests, use the account deletion tools in the app, submit the public contact form, or follow the public instructions on the Delete Account page.

Driver and merchant support

Approved drivers, couriers, and merchants can contact dispatch or support for earnings, payout, order, menu, vehicle, and availability questions.

If there is an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services first. Zeli support can help review platform records, active ride or delivery details, driver or courier assignment, and customer communication after urgent safety needs are addressed.

Zeli may review accounts, trips, orders, payments, driver access, courier access, merchant activity, or dispatcher records when needed for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform reliability.
