Delete Account

Account deletion that is clear and controlled.

Zeli gives customers an in-app deletion flow and a public support path for account and data deletion requests.

Request deletionLast updated: June 29, 2026

In-app deletion

Delete your account from Zeli.

Signed-in customers can delete their account directly in the app. Open Zeli, go to Account, select Delete account & data, read the confirmation, type DELETE, and confirm the request.

Account deletion removes the account profile, saved addresses, promotion wallet records, and personal account access. Some ride, order, payout, payment, support, safety, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or legal records may be retained or anonymized when required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Public request

Request deletion without opening the app.

If you cannot sign in or no longer have access to the app, submit the public contact form and choose Account or login, or reach Zeli support on WhatsApp at +5997877999. In the message, write that you are requesting account deletion and include the phone number or email connected to the account so Zeli can verify ownership before processing the request.

For privacy and security, Zeli may need to verify the request before deleting or anonymizing account data. Zeli will not delete an account based only on a message from someone who cannot reasonably prove they control the account.

What is affected

Data that may be deleted, anonymized, or retained.

Deleted account data

Profile details, saved customer addresses, account access, and customer promotion records are intended to be removed when the account deletion flow completes.

Anonymized service records

Past rides and delivery records may be kept without the customer account link when needed for operations, finance, disputes, safety, or historical service records.

Retained business records

Payment, payout, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, support, legal, and security records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.

Driver, courier, and merchant records

Approved partner records may require manual review because they can include earnings, payout, document, vehicle, merchant, finance, or compliance information.
