Your item prices
You set all menu prices in your merchant portal. Zeli does not control what you charge.
Customer menu markup
Zeli adds a transparent 10% menu markup at checkout. For delivered orders, half supports courier earnings and half supports the platform. For pickup orders, no courier is involved, so the markup supports Zeli operations.
Delivery fee
A delivery fee is charged to the customer for delivered orders and is paid to the courier. Pickup orders do not include a delivery fee.
Your earnings per order
You receive your base item prices, less merchant-funded discounts or refunds. Zeli fees are shown clearly in the order breakdown.

Payments are processed automatically every Monday, straight to your registered bank account.
Payments are sent directly to the bank account registered in your merchant portal. Ensure details are accurate.
If a customer pays cash on delivery, the courier collects it and settles the Zeli share. For pickup cash orders, the merchant settles the Zeli markup and platform fee through the merchant deposit flow.
Copyright violations result in immediate account suspension and the merchant is liable for any resulting claims against Zeli.
Device ownership
The H10s terminal is provided by Zeli for the Merchant’s use and remains Zeli’s property at all times — it is loaned, not sold, for the duration of the partnership. The Merchant must take reasonable care of the device. If it is lost, broken, or damaged while in the Merchant’s care, the Merchant is responsible for covering the repair or replacement cost.
