01Zeli Delivery — Merchant Program

Put your storefront in motion.

Reach customers across Bonaire while keeping control of your products, prices, preparation, and business. Zeli handles ordering, payment, dispatch, tracking, and the courier network around you.

01

Restaurants, supermarkets, local shops, and permitted OTC pharmacy

02

Restaurants get a Zeli H10s terminal — shops and supermarkets need nothing

03

Professional product photos, and they stay yours to use anywhere

Built for Bonaire

Clear terms. Real tools. One connected Zeli network.

01

Two kinds of partner

Restaurants and shops work differently.

A restaurant prepares food to order, so it needs to confirm and time every ticket. A supermarket or shop does not — the courier walks your aisles, picks the items, and pays at your till. Which one you are decides how much you have to do.

01

Restaurants confirm every order

You receive a Zeli H10s terminal. Orders arrive with an audible alert; you accept them, set a preparation time, and print a kitchen ticket.

02

Shops and supermarkets do not

No terminal, no app to watch, nothing to confirm. A Zeli courier shops the order in your store and pays at the register like any other customer.

03

All a shop has to give us

A product list with prices, and a photo for each item. Zeli builds and maintains the catalogue from that.

04

Pharmacy

Permitted over-the-counter products only, handled the same way as a shop.

02

How it works

From customer order to doorstep.

01

Customer places an order

A customer browses your menu or catalogue inside Zeli and checks out. Zeli collects the payment.

02

Restaurants: the order reaches your terminal

Your merchant portal and Zeli H10s terminal show every item, quantity, and special instruction immediately. Accept it, prepare it, and set the expected ready time.

03

Shops: the courier takes it from there

Nothing arrives for you to confirm. The courier receives the item list, picks it in-store, and settles at your till.

04

Zeli dispatches a courier

A Zeli courier collects the order. Couriers never take part in food preparation.

05

The customer follows it live

The order travels to the customer with live delivery updates inside Zeli.

03

Partner requirements

What your business needs.

01

Restaurants: a Zeli order terminal

Restaurants receive a Zeli H10s smart terminal for order alerts and printed tickets. No personal device is required. Shops and supermarkets are not given one and do not need one.

02

Restaurants: reliable internet

A location running a terminal needs dependable Wi-Fi or mobile data for real-time order notifications. Shops have nothing to connect.

03

A product list

Your items with prices. For a shop or supermarket this is the main thing we need from you — Zeli builds the catalogue around it.

04

Real product photography

Original photos of the food or products customers will actually receive. If you do not have them, Zeli can shoot them for you — see below.

05

Bonaire bank account

A local bank account is required to receive bi-weekly payouts.

06

Registered business

Your business must be legally registered in Bonaire, Caribbean Netherlands.

04

Photography

We shoot your products. You keep the photos.

If you do not have professional images of your food or products, the Zeli team can visit your location and create clean, mobile-ready photography for your catalogue.

The images are yours. Use them on your own social media, your website, a printed menu, delivery boxes, anywhere you like — Zeli puts no restriction on where they go, and you keep them whether or not you stay on Zeli.

01

On-site shoot

We come to your business, so no separate studio visit is needed.

02

Food and product styling

Products are photographed to read clearly and attractively on a phone.

03

Yours to use anywhere

You keep full use of every image we shoot for you — on any channel, with no Zeli watermark and no licence to renew.

04

New products too

Adding items later? We can shoot those as they come, so your catalogue stays consistent instead of drifting into mixed-quality photos.

05

Portal-ready delivery

Final images are optimised and prepared for your Zeli catalogue.

06

Only authentic images

Stock, copied, competitor, and AI-generated images that do not represent the real product are not permitted.

Copyright violations can result in immediate account suspension, and the merchant is responsible for resulting claims. Contact Zeli for current photography availability and pricing.

05

Revenue and fees

Clear economics on every order.

01

You set your base prices

All menu and catalogue prices are controlled from your merchant portal. Zeli does not decide what your business charges.

02

Transparent customer markup

Zeli adds a 10% menu markup at checkout. On delivery, half supports courier earnings and half supports the platform. On pickup, it supports Zeli operations.

03

Delivery fee

Delivered orders include a customer-paid delivery fee that goes to the courier. Pickup orders do not include this fee.

04

Your earnings

You receive your base item prices, less any merchant-funded discount or refund. Every adjustment is visible in the order breakdown.

05

$20 item example

A $20 restaurant item appears as $21.20 after the 6% markup. On delivery, $1 of that supports the courier and the rest supports Zeli; the restaurant base remains $20.

06

Payouts

Your money stays visible.

01

Wallet accumulation

Every completed order adds your earnings to the merchant wallet, visible in real time.

02

Bi-weekly payouts

Payouts are processed every two weeks to your registered bank account.

03

Bank transfer

Funds go directly to the account saved in your merchant portal.

04

Cash orders

For delivery cash orders, the courier settles the Zeli share. For pickup cash orders, the merchant uses the deposit flow to settle markup and platform fees.

07

Zeli H10s — restaurants

A smart order terminal, ready on day one.

For restaurants and anyone else who has to confirm and time an order. The handheld Zeli H10s receives orders instantly and prints a thermal kitchen ticket on the spot. There is no separate printer or paired tablet to configure.

Supermarkets, shops and pharmacies do not receive a terminal and do not need one — there is nothing for them to accept or prepare.

01

Real-time alerts

New orders arrive with a clear audible notification.

02

Built-in thermal printer

Print kitchen and preparation tickets directly from the terminal.

03

Order controls

Accept, reject, and set the expected ready time from one device.

04

Connected and portable

Wi-Fi, mobile data, and battery power keep the device usable across your business.

The H10s remains Zeli property and is loaned for the partnership. The merchant is responsible for reasonable care and for repair or replacement if it is lost or damaged.

08

How to join

We build the storefront with you.

Share your business name, products or menu, location, contact person, phone, email, and bank details. Zeli configures your merchant account, prepares the catalogue, and sends your access details.

A shop or supermarket really can stop at the product list — send us the items and prices, and we handle the rest, photography included if you need it.

Once the information is complete, a business can typically be ready to accept orders within 48 hours.
