Opportunity
Approved drivers and couriers can earn from passenger rides, delivery work, or both. Zeli brings clear requests, live navigation, customer communication, visible earnings, and dispatch coordination into one platform.
Your vehicle
Drivers must own or have exclusive access to a suitable vehicle. Zeli does not provide vehicles or reimburse fuel, maintenance, insurance, registration, parking, tolls, or other operating costs.
Economy cars, comfort sedans, SUVs, and premium vehicles can be approved when they are suitable for passenger transport or delivery.
Motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, and bicycles are not currently part of the Zeli platform.
The vehicle must remain clean, roadworthy, registered, properly insured, and in good mechanical condition.
Fuel and all other vehicle running costs remain the responsibility of the independent driver or courier partner.
Driver plans
Both plans include platform access, live dispatch, navigation, and the driver wallet. The difference is how Zeli is paid for completed rides.
Pay a fixed monthly plan and keep 100% of each completed ride fare. The monthly plan is billed separately.
Pay no monthly plan. Zeli deducts 15% from each completed ride and the driver keeps 85%.
Earnings formulas
On a $40 card ride, the driver wallet receives $40. The $150 monthly plan is billed separately.
On a $40 card ride, Zeli deducts $6 and the driver wallet receives $34.
The driver receives $40 cash. The $6 Zeli commission is recorded as a cash deposit owed to Zeli.
The driver keeps the full cash fare and no per-ride commission is due.
Couriers earn the delivery fee plus 5% of the menu-item total. A $10 delivery fee on a $60 order produces $13 before tips.
Customer tips go entirely to the courier. Zeli does not take a commission on tips.
Standards
Keep the vehicle clean inside and out, with tidy seats, floors, surfaces, and a pleasant interior.
Follow local road rules, drive calmly, and treat every passenger with courtesy.
When online, respond to assignments promptly and complete confirmed work unless there is a genuine safety issue.
Couriers must use a clean, sealed, Zeli-approved insulated bag from merchant handoff to customer delivery.
Do not open sealed packaging, leave food unattended, or place it in an unsanitary area. The courier is responsible from handoff.
Safety issues, serious complaints, policy violations, or service below Zeli standards can end the partnership.

Your phone will ask a couple of questions on the way — Chrome warns about the file type, then Android asks permission to install it. Both are normal for an app that isn’t on Google Play.
