Drive with Us

Join Zeli as a driver or courier.

Serve customers across Bonaire with a professional platform for rides, delivery, live tracking, and transparent earnings.

Opportunity

Earn with a platform built for professional local drivers.

Zeli works with approved drivers and couriers who want a structured, modern way to earn from rides and delivery across Bonaire. The platform supports clear requests, live navigation, customer communication, earnings visibility, and dispatch coordination.

Whether you focus on passenger rides, delivery work, or both, Zeli is designed to make each job easier to understand and easier to complete professionally.

Your vehicle, your responsibility

Zeli does not provide vehicles or cover fuel.

To partner with Zeli as a driver or courier, you must own or have exclusive access to a suitable vehicle. Zeli is a platform — we connect you with customers and manage the technology, payments, and dispatch. We do not supply cars, motorcycles, or any other vehicle, and we do not reimburse or contribute to fuel, maintenance, insurance, registration, or any other vehicle operating cost.

These expenses are entirely yours as an independent partner. Factor them into your decision when choosing between the Pro plan and the Flex plan.

Accepted vehicles

Economy cars, comfort sedans, SUVs, and premium vehicles that meet Zeli's approval standards. The vehicle must be in good mechanical condition, properly insured, registered, and suitable for passenger transport or delivery.

Not accepted at this time

Motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, and bicycles are not currently part of the Zeli platform. We may open these categories in the future — follow us for updates.

Fuel and running costs

All fuel, tolls, parking, maintenance, and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the driver or courier partner. Zeli does not reimburse, subsidize, or contribute to any vehicle running cost.

Vehicle condition

Your vehicle must be clean, roadworthy, and insured at all times. Zeli may request proof of registration or insurance as part of the onboarding or review process.

Driver plans

Choose the plan that fits how you work.

Zeli offers two billing plans for ride drivers. Both give full access to the platform, live dispatch, navigation, and the driver wallet. The difference is how Zeli earns from your completed rides.

Zeli Pro — $150 / month

Pay a fixed monthly plan of $150. In return, you keep 100% of every completed ride fare. No per-ride commission. Best for drivers who work regularly and want maximum earnings per trip.

Zeli Flex — 15% commission

No monthly plan required. Zeli deducts 15% from each completed ride fare. You keep the remaining 85%. Best for drivers who work part-time or want to start without a monthly commitment.

Earnings formulas

Exactly what you earn, ride by ride.

Every calculation is designed to be clear and traceable. Your wallet shows the breakdown for each completed ride or delivery — what the customer paid, what Zeli keeps, and what lands in your balance.

Pro ride — card payment

Customer pays $40 by card. Zeli deducts $0 from the fare. Driver wallet receives $40. The $150 monthly plan is billed separately.

Flex ride — card payment

Customer pays $40 by card. Zeli deducts 15% ($6). Driver wallet receives $34. No monthly plan is required.

Flex ride — cash payment

Customer pays $40 cash directly to the driver. The 15% Zeli commission ($6) is recorded as a cash deposit the driver owes to Zeli. This is settled separately with dispatch.

Pro ride — cash payment

Customer pays cash directly to the driver. The driver keeps the full amount. No commission is owed on cash rides under the Pro plan.

Delivery earnings — courier

Couriers earn the full delivery fee that the customer pays, plus 5% of each menu item in the order. For example: $10 delivery fee on a $60 order = $10 + $3 (5% of $60) = $13 base payout before tips.

Delivery tip

Customer tips on delivery orders go entirely to the courier. Zeli does not take a commission on tips.

Standards and contract

What Zeli expects from every partner.

Working with Zeli is a partnership based on professionalism, reliability, and respect for customers. The following standards apply from your first accepted ride or delivery.

Vehicle cleanliness

Your car must be clean inside and out before every shift. Seats, floors, and surfaces should be free of dirt, odors, and clutter. A fresh, pleasant smell is not optional — it is part of the Zeli experience customers expect.

Safe and respectful driving

Follow all local road rules. Drive calmly and safely. Treat every passenger with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of trip length or fare.

Reliable availability

When you go online, customers and dispatch depend on you. Respond to assignments promptly and complete trips as confirmed unless there is a genuine safety issue.

Food delivery — thermal bag required

Every courier who accepts delivery orders must carry and use a Zeli-approved thermal insulated bag for every delivery. The bag must be clean, sealed during transit, and used from the moment the merchant hands over the order until it reaches the customer. Hot food must stay hot. Cold food must stay cold. Using no bag, an unsuitable bag, or carrying food loose in the vehicle is a policy violation.

Food safety responsibility from handoff

Once the merchant places the order into your hands, you are fully responsible for its safe and sanitary delivery. Do not open sealed packaging. Do not place food on the floor or in unsanitary areas of the vehicle. Do not leave food unattended in an uncontrolled environment. Contaminated or tampered deliveries are grounds for immediate termination.

Contract termination

Zeli reserves the right to terminate the driver partnership at any time, without prior notice, based on customer reviews, complaints, policy violations, safety concerns, or any conduct that does not meet Zeli's service standards. There is no appeal period — quality is non-negotiable.

Earnings visibility

Your wallet. Full transparency.

Ride records

Each completed ride shows the fare, your billing plan, the Zeli deduction (if any), your net earnings, and the payment method used.

Delivery records

Each delivery shows the delivery fee, the 5% item earnings, the customer tip, the merchant name, and the transaction status.

Wallet summary

Review your total balance, lifetime earnings, lifetime tips, and individual transaction history directly in the driver app.

Cash deposit tracking

Cash rides where a deposit is owed to Zeli are tracked separately so both you and dispatch always have a clear record.

Application review

How onboarding works.

Submit your application with your contact details, vehicle information, driving experience, and preferred billing plan. Zeli reviews every application individually before activating driver access.

Approval depends on vehicle condition, identity verification, operational availability, and alignment with Zeli's service standards. If approved, you will receive access to the driver app and dispatch coordination.
